JACKSON, MI — Coinciding with the beginning of Pride Month, Jackson Mayor Derek Dobies today joined with Governor Whitmer and state legislators in supporting bills that would add sexual orientation and gender identity to the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA) as protected classes.
